At my joining time HR told me that Monday to Friday working days but when I joined I found that Monday to Saturday working days. And No Paid leaves at the time of COVID 30% salary deduction.

As a developer, if you want a stable job then this is not a appropriate company. They will hire you when they have project and fire you when their is no project.

They are not provide salary on time also salary slip and third class company if you want loan then all bank said that they are not listed and cut very huge commission on salary and in salary time no staff is pick calls

The HR department is highly unprofessional, rarely responding to calls, and you have to repeatedly request basic things like salary slips, which are not provided automatically. Once your contract ends, they claim they will call you back for future projects, but these promises are never kept. Ultimately, they jeopardize the careers of their employees.
