Best company for freshers. They will learn a lot about software development and taking pressure and learning new technologies. I worked for 3 years and learned a lot. Work environment is good. Small company small staff. You may get good friends for your life time. Extended working hours.

Dislikes

Work Pressure, Low salary and facilities are not enough

Colleagues were pretty good and cooperative....some of the seniors were supportive to much extent.

Dislikes

Management was not so supportive and some top officials were partial here.there was favourism everywhere on the basis of fluttery...the more u try to flatter them the more u get opportunities.when you leave the company they just ignore you completely regarding your papers also.

Nothing is good, it has been 20 yrs to the company and still, they call themself and behave like a startup

Do not join the services department, managers in this department are paranoid, if you join this company, then go for the product department . Please be aware from the HR manager

I enjoy working in an environment where everyone is equal. My colleagues come from various backgrounds and we work collaboratively in a positive environment. Employee re-hire policy is great. I love the fact that I am part of a hiring team that markets reliable, high quality software solution and has a global client base.

The company is a good place to start your career with. I loved being part of Adeptia Family, as they called. All are very good being professional and personal relation. Environment of Adeptia is really friendly, comfortable, easy to go, have flexible working hours which one will definitely enjoy while getting the hike much more than the others in market. Also, they have re-hire policy which is quite good.

Dislikes

Compensation is good enough but when one has to work extra hours then it doesn't get noticed or even appreciated which is really disheartening. They no doubt listen to your suggestions but management only do what they really wanted to which undoubtedly can make anyone to take back their suggestions. There is no OJT for the freshers, hence they have to learn on their own or they can take guidance from their seniors, which might be a pain for some. Few seniors, are like they can ask anyone to do anything at anytime and they also expect juniors to follow the professional ethics though they can't do same, but I guess, seniors are supposed to be like this only. 😂LOL.!! Though there are dislikes but then also, I would recommend to join Adeptia if you want comfortable environment, flexible working hours, more hike than the others because there are pros & cons everywhere. Think wise, choose right.
