Company policies are good but career growth is very slow.

Salaries will not be given properly. I recommend you not to join very very strictly. Actually I am working somewhere at good company, managing director of adapt Pharma requested and join me as a head quality. exactly after 1 month, he started to think what is the use of QA department and no requirement of headquality. Till date no quality head
