When you do mistake, he will take a screenshot of it, will ask you to explain about the mistake in WebEx and start recording it. 2. Used abusive language. 3. Too much politics. 4. Dislikes

The sales management do not respect or value staff, they treat people as a number. They are ruthless and cu throat, i would not advise working here. The CEO is only interested in selling on the company as its VC based. Staff are not valued at all. If you are considering working here especially in the sales team that would be a big mistake for your career.
