i didnt receive my pending salary of about 11 days no particular working timing(i need to work for 14 Hours) ,no week off, no leaves no response from HRs no body will take care about employee

Nothing much to like in my case. It's all a lie, whatever they say

Almost everything. Nothing to like here Use and Throw policy. They credit the salary one week late. Don't have a common portal to check our leaves. Don't trust them and don't join, if you care about your career.

Smooth onboarding process. Work life balance is good There partner companies are good ( I was deployed in Accenture ) Good opportunity to get converted as an Full Time Employee

Managers and HRs are not responding on time Sometime they will hold your salary without any proper reason

I'm working as a contractor for Accenture. I was selected for good package, but u have nt receive a appraisals after a year in Adecco. If in case we got selected in the service company then only it will use for us, otherwise we will get same salary for lifetime. Adecco service were awesome they will reach us within 24hrs from the raised query.

Appraisals are not here for contractor employees.

Adecco is the good company and employee are getting salary with incentive on time.

adecco group is the good company but salary appraisal not up to the mark by company is given then after deduction getting less salary which I felt that is need to improve why means as an I'm very experienced and senior so I supposed to get salary otherwise its mean for me even I'm giving my best as company target achievement each and everything.
