Nothing to dislike as such but few suggestions like should have a bigger cafeteria compare to employee strength but they are able manage.

Good working atmosphere but not with every team leader depends on team leader otherwise Director and CEO are good

Favouritism & don't have any salary structure or any grade structure/Designation Structure highly disappointed freshers getting salary 18k and 2+ years of employee getting 20-21k i mean how do you define this?

Freedom to work but not appreciation

No job security. Management is not clear with their point of views . no vision and long term plan with this company. Daily come up with new policy and they can fire employees and force them to resign on immediate basis. Mental health will not remain good with AddRec.

It's my first job here and will complete 1 year nearly and it's long time and best time to give reviews for this company. I can surely tell, that we have a best work culture, management, job + personal security, best policies, and the best part is freedom of speech. Employees are given rights to comfront and talk about anything about their problems, comforts which they go through daily basis. Even the work timings are flexible. Mainly, people over there makes much more feel like a family, can be said as my second home where I spent my half up day over there only. Thanks to my college mate, through whom I got a chance to give interview here and got my best to prove here.
