If you want a stable and secured job, then it's a 5 star organization to work. Decent facilities, decent salary hike every year. But if you want to learn quickly and want to contribute to high critical operations then you have to spend at least 3 years here.

Dislikes

The Technia partners from Sweden, Germany, US do not trust and faith on addnode Indian employees. You need to 2-3 years just to build trust and bonding with them. Then will be offered good work, very good increment.

1. Late Appraisal 2. No complementary Health Insurance Policy 3. Late/ Annual Pay of Performance Bonus/ Variable Pay 4. Low quality food for snacks 5. Only resource provider company for ADDNODE group companies 6. No team outing 7. No team building activities 8. No complementary benefits 9. No annual events 10. No budget for employee learning new skills 11. Not in actual business only in resource management for ADDNODE group companies 12. Work only as load balancer resource for their group companies 13. No accountability of your work in terms of primary ownership (Depends upon Group company/ BA) 14. No long term visibility for resource development 15. Very few opportunity for International travel 16. No onsite opportunity 17. No positive policies for employees

There is no job security. Very low in-hand salary because of variable pay and mediclaim policy. Mediclaim must be complementary and should not part of CTC or if employee wants it there must be option to opt for another plan.

Dislikes

They do not appreciate employee based on performance, capability and long term vision.

Nothing to like as such as worst culture seen in the organization in my 15+ years of experience

India Management is not visionary and just want to fullfil their pockets and safe guard their own jobs, while they dont care about subordinates and will treat you like you are slave to them

Great worklife balance bcz there is no work in the company they just hire to bill engineers from clients and will FIRE if you don't self occupy yourself within organisations in CHAPLUSI

Dislikes

Will terminate you without any valid feedback no prior intimation, random day you will get call from HR saying how are you, and next call will be good bye
