There is no support during this lock down. They force all the workers to work in the site during the lock down also. They don’t provide any pass to come to office neither a vehicle to pick up but expect us to come to work without any pass.

Bad experience, I have Completed 1 year In this Company But Still They not provided basic facilities like, Esi, Pf, and even they don't Provided Email facilities to interact with other Employees. Worst Experience.

I have Completed one year of experience but still I Don't get my Esi, EPf, They dedicating form my salary but not credited in Esi and Pf.

Adarsh is Large scale proprietorship company working here is good and management is supportive in all aspects and they always involved in projects at all stages. But for those who seeking growth in short period not possible here. Overall my experience is good.

Like all other companies some higher ups may hold growth, but we need overcome those challenges.

Likes

Freedom of work with clear cut target and financials , with full authority to hire and fire is given . We are free to venture and take any assignment including having with any of the Consultants as needed.

Dislikes

Now the assignments are not that heavy, making shortcomings not that apparent . But the shortcomings shall surface only when company is put to litmus test during growth, which is expected happen shortly.

In this there is no job satisfaction and they don't give equal responsibility to everyone some people have to work hardly and some other are wasting time and earning more salary , and one more thing on this covid 19 situation adarsh group is fired some employees from there jobs
