The salary hike is very good. I have been part of this company since it was 30 employees and I have seen a really good income and technical growth.

Many but can be avoided as it was a growing company that started from zero.

Flexible timings and salary on time is the only benefit

...could be kicked out any time with an excuse 4. No recognition or awards given 5. Whatever promised is never delivered on time (Variable pay, Salary appraisals)

...is given - Job security was given to employees during critical times of COVID - Salary is on time - The salary that was deducted during COVID was paid back to employees - Health insurance for employees and dependents

- Office location (very far from Thane station) even though company offers drop till Thane station every evening, it's very difficult to get through the traffic.

Best hybrid policy. 2 days work from office. Flexible working hours. Excellent work environment when in office especially during festive season. Managers are supportive and understanding. Leave policy is also very good.

Dislikes

Salaries given at each designation could be better. Politics does happen occasionally. Rating system is of no use and slow promotions.

Adapty used to be best 1st company for any individual.Only thing is you should project yourself as individual cotributer.Management makes an image of a resource and keeps it in their mind till last day when employee leaves

Like every herd has black sheep,Adapty also has some.Management turns blind eye towards select employees even if they are purposely hurting other resources sentiments.
