Nam bade aur darshan chhote. Few remote factories are affected by local politics. Increment ratio is very poor, suddanly On January 31 2023, HR drops an email at 7.30 PM, that from 1st February your Notice period is revised. Salary offered is very less.

Managers prefer experience over talent too much that it becomes difficult to get growth in Industry and salary is also low as per market.

...ses. HR is weak. No training for new joiners / unstructured induction process. Salary is good but growth is slow. Politics and ego clashes in top management. Poor appraisal process. 0 focus on employee motivation.
