1. Company pays on Time 2. It's a traditional company but still on a high growth path so it's including new systems and processes so there's great potential for improvement and fresh blood 3. They pay lateral hires well 4. There's some flexibility in work timings. It's not sacrosanct and they don't penalize you 5. Company will be behind you both morally and financially in case of mishaps like death/accident 6. If you are from Gujarat, particularly Ahmedabad this is a good company to retire and settle down as there's no bigger company than this one. 7. Company shares its annual profit to employees every year

...down the drain. Also, other holidays are only 10(including national holidays) 4. They take a portion of our salary and give as Diwali bonus 5. Gender ratio is highly skewed. It's almost 80:1 6. There's no WFH available at all. Even during peak of Delta some people were forced to come at office 7. HR doesn't have too much power and authority to make changes at top 8. Lot of work is done manually 9. Food is not subsidized

There is no work life balance in the system. Sales is everything in this company.

Brand name is good. Product was good. All Tranning provided by company also visited All Product Factory and Mundra Port.
