Dislikes

No growth in substation jobs in transmission sector. If your boss feels you will get incentives otherwise not. Your life/ career/job ,all depends on one person.sorry thats not god.its your boss. Job security is 0%. You will always live a stressed life . Higher authorities are blind.dont know why.

No job security, hire 10 for 5 position and then fire 5. WFH during COVID is claimed to be 70% home and 30% office only on paper, in reality its almost reverse. Reporting structure is horrible.

... & opportunities if you settle down in the organization for more than 5 years. > To get early promotion/ hike in salary/ to avail any benefits, you have to be a Gujarati. > Very minimal Salary hike (7% - 9%). > 6 Days a week (people may say Saturday is half day but just don't believe that) > Poor Work-Life balance. People sit in the office till 9 - 9:30 p.m > Poor decision making in few departments > No value for KRA. People urge to do the PMS in last quarter.
