People sit in the office till 9 - 9:30 p.m > Poor decision making in few departments > No value for KRA. People urge to do the PMS in last quarter.

No job security, hire 10 for 5 position and then fire 5. WFH during COVID is claimed to be 70% home and 30% office only on paper, in reality its almost reverse. Reporting structure is horrible.

Dislikes

Employees are jealous of salary if higher than them and try to showcase find silly mistakes in work. Poor communication across organization. Forget about personal life only work.
