Good work Environment and culture, senior member are supportive for any work. And the management is transparent And they give good salary hike and bonus every years and Our Power plant 100% load PLF And they give incentive money .

... things to learn here. Coming to point Covid-19 Adani Solar has supported a lot. We were safe in our guest house the company provided everything during lockdown but never deducted salary neither fired anyone.

Location is so much outside, no work life balance and getting leaves on time is very difficult, worst culture, nobody thinks about employees and their problems. Food is worst in canteen.

One of the best company in the sector. There is a great learning opportunity for anyone who is interested in the core sector. Learning comes with the time you spend on the field with workers and field engineers. I f you are interested in the field then the job comes with immense satisfaction as you have a chance to see practical application of things you learn in college.

...azardous nature. Post resignation, company policies are not employee friendly. Pay scale is less.
