Company is good, appraisals are not fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but no scope for career growth. Dumping unknown and unwanted other department works in the name of multiple responsibility . Manager will live like a owner.

Group norms for Salary and benefits are as per MNC. PMS System is adhered. Employee Facilities are good in terms of Term Insurance, Medical Insurance etc. Growth is good.

Dislikes

Certain locations are not at all good for work life balance, culture is very poor, Management is not at all bother about putting right culture. many employee are from Lala kind of companies and they are very micro managers, unethical and unorganised. Think twice and take suggestions before joining in Logistics

Nothing to dislike here. I want career growth and increased salary. This can be achieved by changing company. As most companies, growth and increament is not substantial in same company, it is also true for Adani also.
