Unit CSR head (Hazira) literally use bad words in the office even in front of women employees.

People centric organization. In times of crisis company stand by you. Lot of growth opportunities and company allow people to move ahead with same pace as company is growing.

Dislikes

Nothing that I dislike. Sometimes one can clearly see that employees hired more on the basis of references and jain community ppl are given first preference. But if you are talented, you can drive through beating all odds.

Likes

In Adani foundation gives us many opportunities to grow, balanced work life, and also very good working environment. In this pandemic I found job security as well as innovation for career growth.

It was a good company, culture of the company was pitty good.

Less recognition for accomplishments made by individuals by manager Inappropriate behaviour towards subordinate in later stage of employment

You will get CSR exposure at rural area and with fishermen community

Dislikes

They dont respect women employee benefit. They care only about their outcome. No proper policy for women in terms of maternity. They dont take anyone on role everyone is contract based. Regret working there.
