I am working as a Project Officer on CSR project and it is slightly challenging job as i have to look after the entire project within district and manage field operations. But i learnt a lot from field experiences and also i use to study on my project.

* you won't get additional benefits as Adani Employees gets * People more focused on Work politics than work itself * Less growth Opportunities, * inexperienced personnel hired in the top position to satisfy political agenda of the company. * Employees feel stress due to politics at workplace. Unit CSR head (Hazira) literally use bad words in the office even in front of women employees.

They dont respect women employee benefit. They care only about their outcome. No proper policy for women in terms of maternity. They dont take anyone on role everyone is contract based. Regret working there.

People centric organization. In times of crisis company stand by you. Lot of growth opportunities and company allow people to move ahead with same pace as company is growing.

Nothing that I dislike. Sometimes one can clearly see that employees hired more on the basis of references and jain community ppl are given first preference. But if you are talented, you can drive through beating all odds.
