You will have ample learning opportunities if you have the right attitude. Company with traditional management and startup culture.

... of safety. Housing is usually subsidised at remote locations, but not by Adani. Rent is deducted from salary even if Housing is not opted.

Team members are friendly and supportive. Salary on time. Birthday celebration of all employees Cricket organizing on Sunday and sometimes car driving.

Dislikes

No proper process for decision making. Everybody is taking decision for each other and lots of blame game and arguments. Canteen food average but chargeable for same meals different amount as per grade of employees. No work life balance. No good hike. Too much work load and no new hirings. 5.5 days working on paper but they spoil mostly full Saturday. No shift allowances.

- Salary is not as per market. It's far below the market. - Huge gap on Salary and position between Employees within organisation with same experience and qualification.

Promoters are progressive and ambitious.Timely salary and good HR policy.

Dislikes

N-1 layer is hopeless and not having holistic view of the business , no succession planning to enjoy the chair for long term.Biased approach toward employees by most of them.Overall, it’s very bad!
