Work pressure is to high. Earlier management was good now management want everything from you. They are hiring C class contractor leading to abnormal project pressure. They want you to arrange the surveyor, resolve ROW, arrange contractor, prepare bill, etc etc. most of the good managenent is leaving company. Attrition rate is high.

Top management is worst, Dectatorship. Policies are not at all sync with ground realities.
