...ion cycle is slow. Only one day week off for rotational shift working employees. Not good benefit for rotational shift employees such only one off per week, not compensation at holidays like festivals.

Working at adani Electricity we hope it will be great opportunity as a fresher but after completing trainning period growth of the job is limited also salary growth and work life balance is very poor. Even ola driver is good work life balance.

Working environment is best for freshers, both the officials and contract labour's are co-operative for learning skills of site work as well as in office work...
