Worst culture,no employee relations,very less leaves .only lobby plays role,not recommended for females.no hygiene maintained in office,few lower level manager does intentionally mental harassment to new joinees.not recommended.

Dislike is Salary not increased and from the Randstad update they are not provided even data pack for work from home , And our salary is to less and recharge amount is to high

Early retired at age of 58 yrs with out any our self preparation, huse monetory loss which effect our retired life balance badly because We are lower salaried people, I got very less money after completing 34 yrs service. Pension money not getting till now due to negligence from HR services from company.

I am working here from 2019 as a off role employee I give my best to the company.I like to work in cement industry and enhance my skills with them which is best for my future. Working environment, work system and working on SAP, MS Excel is my passion and I really enjoy my work with the company.

Dislikes

The things which I really dislike about the company which is policy of this company and here I working from 2019 as off-roll employee to till now but no hope to get on-roll. They get every department work from me I worked with sale team, account, CS and marketing also but they don't provide me opportunity for on-roll position this is really very worth experience and that also impact on my career growth I have many more things to write about but don't want to write here.

Nothing as such. The company is big but nothing good for employees

Dislikes

Extreme politics. You will survive if you are boot licker. No diversity. They mostly don't hire females. And if hired had to go through lot of work place harassment. They will give you 60% of your variable for 3 rating. Appraisal has no logic. You may get 2 even if you have performed the best by all means. No work life balance. Had to work 6 days a week. 10 hours per day or more. Promotions are rare and reserved only for boot lickers.
