I couldn't think about anything to write on a positive note about this fraudster's company.

...sh games with the employees and make them feel terrible forcing them to resign. - They never pay salary on time and while someone asks for a hike they plot ways to terminate them. I'm currently suffering because of the torture they are showing me without clearing my salary and F&F. - Co-founder Kesava Senapathi is far away from the office working for an MNC Bupa in Saudi. He is completely unaware of the employees struggles and even when someone opens up about the issues they face with another co-founder Jeff he ignores them like nothing really happened. Senapathi doesn't want to be known as the co-founder of Adamevefamily because he is already working with Bupa and it will cause a conflict of interest. So it is a waste of time to say your work issues to him. He says he will take care but does nothing. - There is this other co-founder who is a  megalomaniac, Jeff Emmanuel. It feels like a nightmare to work with him. I have never come across someone as terrible as him. He wants to show off as the best leader and entrepreneur. But he is just a coward with no leadership skills and has no knowledge on entrepreneurship. Also ladies beware of this person Jeff who is a womenizer. He tried to misbehave with a lot of female employees and tried to manipulate them while they understood his intentions. If he does the same at any MNC he would have got in the face the legal consequences and would go behind the bars. - Jeff treats employees like his personal assistants and office boys. From  paying his house rent, utility bills, phone recharge, taking his parents to hospital, doing the paper work for his parents visa, taking his pets for walk, get lunch box from his home, doing the house shifting and setting up his new home, finding a maid for his house and many more all he assigns to the employees. And if anyone doesn't do these works he bashes them without humanity. - There are many more instances coming to my mind where employees are treated like office boys. But I want to mention these 2 incidents specifically. Some of the employees were made to paint the entire office (walls, cupboards, washrooms, ceiling), some were made to clean washrooms and utensils. He gets these all done in the name of saying employees are his family. But he never does these works. - Beware of these people and the companies they run not just if you are seeking a job but also if you are willing to associate as a client or a vendor or freelancer as they never get the work delivered and charge you or won't pay you giving some baseless reasons. - They have another company UNITED270. This is managed by Jeff and Senapathi along with Sanjay (a sales person in FMCG domain who was hired as chief business officer for a domain he has no idea about and doesn't even know how to mute on Google meet). Don't get associated with this company as well if you want a respectful and decent working environment. - They have made one employee suffer mentally that he had gone through therapy and decided to leave the job. When he informed the same while resigning he was made to feel more anxious about his decision. Jeff had bad mouthed this employee and kept saying that he paid for the therapy of his employee. Well that was not the case in reality. - The list can just go on but I want to end it here stating they are not doing the business in a professional way and don't fall prey of their fake promises.
