The worst experience i have with adaan as they give 10k as a salary and give work of 200k of income and did not have any work life balance. If you do extra then they didn't appraise you and didn't give the any incentive.

The managers give the mental torcher and didn't give not more then 15 min break in 09:30 - 18:00 hours.

Less salary less appraisals poor management They think employees are slave No career growth, no new learning skill if u have skill they did not give u anything if u know English very well and zero skill they will give you everything. high salary high appraisals so English is all about for this company.

.... I worked here for 4 months and the work pressure is very high in this company.They said they give you 10k per month salary but the actuall salary is 9 k and 1 k is your performance bonus which is they deduct every month.There is no cordination between TL, QA and designer. And they worst thing is they will fire you without any reason when they don't have project. There is no job security in this company.

There is nothing for learning in code means there is no space or life for a coder. no increment for salary. any time they can deduct your salary on their own wishes.

So I gave an interview here. Everything went well but all of a sudden when I had my last round with the CTO, she asked me a very stupid question that had nothing to do with my skills. I mean it was just a casual conversation going on and the interview did not even begin. Then, it started and we were both having a discussion. The weird part is that she did not have patience to take the interview or ask questions. Felt like she was in a hurry to reject me then and there. I mean she is the CTO but who has given her the right to treat people like this? I believe that they need to understand that is someone has applied for a job, probably they have the experience to do so. Please don't ask questions that do not make sense. And, do not give false hope to anyone. Also, this is not how it ends. The CTO, her name is Sunita/Sumita, whatever. She is something else only. But their staff is also the same. The HR got in touch with me, gave me hope, and then disappeared. They got a test done from me, like the whole homepage, approved it, and then never came back only. I mean the audacity. I am glad that I did not get selected. Will not recommend anyone to join this company.
