They think they are the only company providing training for employees. They will hire you, claiming that they offer the best work experience in machine learning and data science. however, only 2 -3 people get that opportunity, the rest are working in roles focused on excel, MIS, Data analyst or training the employee and taking test, hiring process. There is no work culture. they have a three years bond, so you are completely stuck. Only those who are good at pleasing the manager get good hikes, the rest receive only 4 to 5% hike over the next three years.
