This is a vendor of bandhan bank, Nothing growth like the on roll employees, no bonous, cl is available but paid leave not available, i think company should to improved on this. Otherwise it's overall good.

I was worked there 3years but there is no career growth , work environment is very harsh, personal and professional life both are disbalanced due to shift timing.. even at 10.00 pm at night u don't know about your next day shift timing.. Seniors are very rude to behave to other, behave like slave .. if u place a wo request, definitely u don't get that wo or u get night shift on that day ..

Every company have a good or bad side and ADFRAME PVT LTD also a man created company so them have some issue but overall this company is more than better from other companies from my point of view.

I am a past data entry operator in that company. I filled all account opening forms except NRI accounts. There is nothing tough to fill up an account opening form but there many more other problems handled by me that was night shift, low salary, low growth of my designation or post, open partiality between liked ones and hate ones. In bandhan bank everyone's career is blocked. I never refer any one for job in bandhan bank.

The company is innovative and readily adopts latest technology. I love that I am a part of team member of this company. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is good. The work pressure is non existent.
