...s, there are fake. Second hand laptops, no leave enchanted, unpaid weekend work. Salary issues and no clients. Go and check the office if you are joining and always check with ex employees before ruining your career by joining this place. Even PF was not paid earlier until the labour department sent them notices. Useless experience as no real knowledge and abusive culture.

The only drawback is that the office space can feel a bit small, especially when everyone is in the office at the same time

People are very supportive and kind. I like the culture of the company which treats everyone equally and makes sure every employee is valued. There is a lot to learn, both professionally and personally.

No proper leave, No leave encashment, No poper exit process or support by management, only think about company benefits not about emplyoees favor or support even after working for long period. Infrastruture too small and with unhygiene washroom.

Learned a lot while working at Acviss. Was able to pick up a lot of skills which really enhanced my resume.The management and colleagues are really helpful and provide lot of support and also are very open to feedback.

Dislikes

Office infrastructure can be better however understand that it's a startup.
