Office environment is boring. Salary is way too low compared to the market. Some people can't even communicate properly in English. Practices Micromanagement. 3 years bond for freshers. Appraisal is not worth the work you do.

I’m worked 3years in acuvate. Started as a fresher. It’s good platform for freshers and learning scope also good. But work is very hard and you need to work more than 9hrs.

Hikes and salary is very less in acuvate when you compared with outside market and we get very less on hand also.

Learning new technologies. You will be given multiple role which you will not find in MNC

Dislikes

Less Salary after completing 2 years bond. Dirty politics with arrogant people in top management. CEO is biased with his subordinates employees. No job security which is common though in all place.

It's one of the the company which has no work life balance. If you are dying thy don't care apart from their work is done. No life at all and worst managerial behaviours always threatening to mark you low in ur performance if you disagree to work late.
