I had to quit the company only because jobs were heading south and showed no signs of improvement, otherwise I would have completed the rest of my remaning service there.

I am ex-employee but talking about overall experience in Acusis was good but the sad part is that I always wanted to work more with this company but they did not have enough areas of working platforms. Due to my Escription account close I had to resign.

Dislikes

I think Acusis should start merging in Escription and Nuance platforms also. If possible also start platforms like Fluency which are easily achieved though companies likes Tera Nova and Precision based companies being as a vendor for those companies.

Overall it is flop.

They don't know how to handle a software company. They never change their attitude and also they will make each rule for their employees. Never find a new product or new businesses.

Work life balance. Opportunity to work for few hours from home

Dislikes

Company hires senior managers from outside for existing old managers to benefit from their expertise. Once that is accomplished, they treat the manager hired from outside as an expendable. Also you are expected to be only a follower but they preach leadership.

Freedom of working and supporting for employees in knowledge improvement and support in learning other professions..

Dislikes

As a human beings mistakes are common because we are not machines to do correctly only difference is feelings.. One thing is that machine also build by humans only. Daily mistakes are not tolerable but monthly once twice thrice I think quite tolerable.
