There is nothing to appreciate about this company very strict timing and they provide leave only on Sundays. And also don't give casual leaves, we have to ask and beg for that.

Very low salary I got only 8k rs for take home out of 11.5k CTC. as a fresher they didn't provide me proper training they made me work overtime many times. Very worst experience

I hate everything about acurus. No work life balance. No leave on sat, even on Sundays we will receive call from higher management to attend a meeting, or work on something new, without any prior notice. Even if your shift time is from 2:30 to 10, you will be asked to work from 8am. Working in this company really spoils one's mental health. If someone who is not mentally strong should never opt to join in this organization. But if you wish to experience worst company culture then you can go and work in Acurus.

You don't have any trainer for medical coding And the worst ever TL Naveen prabha.... She don't even know how to treat a freshers... She will scold you like anything! worst behavior if you can't teach fresher why are you hiring them? And Why are you being in Team leader position? You are just a TL and there to teach not to scold trainers badly remind that They are running medical coding with 4 peoples very bad work culture and they never provide proper salary please don't join here and destroy your mental peace
