...g for each and all employee at plant. 3) Not following any kind of compliance. 4) Notice period is three month but after giving resignation they doesn't gives salary to employee, and after releaving you will get releaving letter and fool n final after six month. 5)nobody having professionalism to behave at organization.

I didn't like anything about Aculife Healthcare Pvt.Ltd.I didn't get any proper guidance and treatment as an employee. Kindly appoint good person who will create good culture over here.

The company provides bus for transportation and it's a good place to learn for starters.

...thin 3 months without notice but later when you actually resign within 3 months. They ask you to pay 18,000-25,000 rupees. Please be aware of all the documents you sign, read them carefully. They just slide in one document saying you agree to pay the amount which is very unethical thing to do. I hope the company realises that or else will sure will get sued for this someday. Ps. At the day of interview, they take up your entire day, the whole process of interviewing is extremely slow. The staff comes in 1-2 hours late themselves but would call you on 8 am sharp. 2. Do not make the mistake of undermining how far the company is located. This job consumes 14 hours of your day but only get paid for 8 hours. There is no room for other personal activities if you join this company.

No job security,no any career growth,salary is lowest level,no good appraisal,partiality & politics is so much done,rules & regulations not be followed by head of department,politics is so much,work life balance is not good. work load is so much. no overtym,no C.off everytym mentally torchering without any reason employee's surprisingly resign & relieve. job security is not fix.
