As it is a smaller team, great opportunity to learn and grow skills. On time salary.

Dislikes

Top heavy organization which affects the profitability of the company and the general employees get average salary and hike. Favoritism, people closer to top management are preferred for promotion and appraisals. Average work environment. There is no cafeteria in office as management believes the employees will indulge in unnecessary conversations and waste their time.

I have joined Acuite during the peak of Covid pandemic's first wave. Most of my classmates who received offers from other companies could not join as those companies withdrew the offers. Acuite honoured the offer later and ensure smooth joining formalities while I was at home. They even delivered the laptop to my home. The company has a lot of focus on learning. Sometimes I feel I am still at college with all the notes that I have to read and write. The crowd is young.

The company needs to spend more on marketing and visibility.

Its the best rating agency of Indian origin. Great place to work certified for two consecutive years. Young workforce. Helpful management. Good people friendly policies and benefits.

Nothing great as the company looks only with their own benefits & requirements. When the requirement of the company is over they will ask the employee to leave the company.

Dislikes

The management of the company is very poor. Ull find no one is helpful in the company. The worst thing of any organisation is that the employees will never know the facts unless spends intial 6 months in the company.
