New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. It is a good place of work. Working in this organisation is satisfactory. Other administration is an average. All depends on incoming projects.

Compensation is decent, but cannot fully depend. Sometimes to work under pressure but sometimes without any work load. As an Accounts and admin. job, updation is must to keep us update but there is a little scope of innovation in the organisation. Practical working knowledge is different than knowledge.
