I work as a developer for the ACTE company .You might be able to imagine how hard a developer might work for another company but at ACTE the developer role is so interesting to work in and rewarding .This is because the company first took the time to train new hires with a sample projects before they learned how to perform that particular role

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, the work pressure is very high,some times, i have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as i have to attand client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night, manager do not value an individuals, unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my sughestions most of the times, i do receice appreciations emails from my clints but the mostly go unnoticed durinh my mi yearappraisals

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
