The company has come a long way and although more improvements are required the overall experience has been good and going forward with the correct initiatives can only become better. My personal experience is based typically on age based engineering and at times I feel that the experience initiative is overshadowed by new narratives that is yet to prove itself in these trying times in a fast moving world whereas to many mistakes are forthcoming. We understand the narrative that we require to change not only the way business is done but the impact of our decisions not only to livelihoods but in contrast to the environment as well. I feel that not much interest is given to the HVAC industry as a whole and the initiatives and innovation still coming from the big HVAC role players with to little experience from companies that require project proposals and execution phases as to what is being offered is correct for the sustainability of providing excellent turnarounds and reduced loss of profits.

Dislikes

At times the support base is just far lacking the ability to make concrete decisions on what is the right things to do and irrational decisions are taken based on meeting the clients expectations although most of these can be seen as oppressive and not based on scientific or engineering research and as a baseline service provider this can have a vastly negative effect as customers narratives are the only way that’s been problematic as offering concrete solutions based on the level of expertise offered and many discussions and decisions making no clinical sense which hurts the company in the long run when those decisions have worked themselves down to the bottom and performance and accountability starts to show through the cracks and becomes a bad reflection on that particular contract.
