I had relieved from act company. I worked has a network engineer fault repair.nothing to like in this company

90 days notice period or need to pay 3 months of salary to company I case of releaving from there No leaves No support from tl or hr manager Stress full job They give physical and mental pressure Poor network infrastructure

One of the best company in my career so many benefits is there in this company on time salary it is the best part of the company and very joy full work

So many have politics is there in the company so it's too bad even from TL to higher level but I'm not satisfied

...re all the staff are excellent, helpfull, career oriented and also supportive. Now, if we talk about salary hike prospective and promotions, which can be considered as a standard way ( depending upon employee performance) as compared with other companies. The best part of ACT, which i really like that every employee get the chance to participate in extra curricular activities, which is being organised by Team HR. Every employee would like to work with manager who is supportive and also don't give and take pressure, that i really observed in ACT environment.

Dislikes

Being a NOC engineer, i feel that ACT should provide bit high package to their NOC employees. As no doubt they are highly qualified Engineers, they deserve a smart package than others.

Dont join as Networking engineer field No skills development no improvement in salary, literally you need work on Roads, because company product is internet you need visit customer place and do troubleshoot, lay cable building to building alone no helper will provide and need to satisfy customer if it's customer mistake or any others mistakes but you have to satisfy because Ticket will reopen and your GART will collapse end of the day your performance is poor after working 12 hours will receive this obviously in appraisal you're salary will not hike

Treating without respect to the Field employees
