Company is very good and management is very good but some are employee is not good and change every month employee job

In ACT the one and only good thing is SALARY AND FUEL REIMBURSEMENT. It will come ontime.

1. Once you joint the company( if you married pls give divorce before joint) coz u will not allow to spend your time with her. Even you reached home you have some other task waiting for you. Like GIS 2.0.0001% role change and promotions will happen. 2018-2022 worked all the appraisal are good ratted. No warning and complaints meet. The entire journey no role change and promotions. 3. Madurai they have only one product broadband. So 1TL for 50 resources. This is the reason no one get promotion. 4 what ever you SALES or SD remain your designation while joining and exit. 5. In covid time entire city is lock down. But they forced to SD team to visit the customer place who comes in other city , even they isolated. This is the worst thing in ACT. 6. Except Diwali day and pongal day management will call you for numbers. Lots of thing remain and I don't want to waste much time to this worst company.

...t time pass and i went to this company and crack the interview of act fiber net. Hr intimated me after documentation we discuss salary she intimated that they will provide 12k by hand I have 2years experience with CSA role. I negotiated with hr then she offered me 20k by hand and i accept the offer but again she called and said sorry management is not agree with package and they will provide you 17k by hand and that to i accept it. I didn't get any offer letter the joining date has arrived I called her and she said sorry hr department is not ok with your package we will offer only 14k by hand which is my previous company CTC in vizag. Worst experience that I have faced in Hyderabad with this company
