Good salary on time and incentives, company culture totally employee favour company

Dislikes

1) no promotions even after working long years 2) employee cannot spend time with family (sales department) 3) very bad thing is roaster concept ( zero rating for roaster) 4) internal compitition in sales ( in between sales team, tele calling team, fault repair team, deployment team etc...)

Act fibernet is very good company. Salary is on time, Whenever you have required leaves you will get leaves. Safety is priority in Act fibernet for all employees. Appraisal is every year on time. Almost everything is good.

Dislikes

HR is not fair in delhi branch. They all are depends on managers. You will not get a opportunity to growth from ground level whether you have lots of experience and qualities they will hire from outside. Leafleting everyday..

1.On time salary 2.Yearly hike 3.Before COVID they given full incentive based on target vs achievement 4.Final settlement they provided properly 5.job security 6. Mangaemwnt they never use bad words 7. They will give sales support , what ever we ask 8 work environment

1. Need to work 24*7 they will mention week off in roster only .... They will not give weekoff ... They need sales only .... Never ever think employee family .... Plz focus Mdu team because of weekoff only I left this job. 2. Daily need to atten lots of con calls 3. Next level growth it takes 3 years time ... Need to get 2 ratings for next level 4. No team work .... 5. Everyday need to do 2 sales , otherwise they give torcher 6. Annoying co workers . 7. Work balance is very poor

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address or issues. Salary id decent but career growth is nill. Stuppid manager is spoiling entire department.

...t time pass and i went to this company and crack the interview of act fiber net. Hr intimated me after documentation we discuss salary she intimated that they will provide 12k by hand I have 2years experience with CSA role. I negotiated with hr then she offered me 20k by hand and i accept the offer but again she called and said sorry management is not agree with package and they will provide you 17k by hand and that to i accept it. I didn't get any offer letter the joining date has arrived I called her and she said sorry hr department is not ok with your package we will offer only 14k by hand which is my previous company CTC in vizag. Worst experience that I have faced in Hyderabad with this company
