...anies prior joining in ACT, Till date I have not worried about losing my job .. Inspite of having tough times the employees have got salary every month and the yearly appraisal hike also compared to other companies ... this is all because of the management and company policies and values.

...t time pass and i went to this company and crack the interview of act fiber net. Hr intimated me after documentation we discuss salary she intimated that they will provide 12k by hand I have 2years experience with CSA role. I negotiated with hr then she offered me 20k by hand and i accept the offer but again she called and said sorry management is not agree with package and they will provide you 17k by hand and that to i accept it. I didn't get any offer letter the joining date has arrived I called her and she said sorry hr department is not ok with your package we will offer only 14k by hand which is my previous company CTC in vizag. Worst experience that I have faced in Hyderabad with this company
