Company is good but ground level management is bad they play politics with feild employes ...as per company timings 8hrs but team leaders will say need work 8am to 8pm. Ground level management saying every day we plan for big day come to early login

It's very very good company if you joined as a manager or above position Salary culture benefits growth... You name it will get it But if you join as a consultant or any other position then you will have to work very hard to survive over internal politics Catterpiller does all the work but butterfly gets the publicity Above quote suits exactly for ACT

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Share a bit more about your job!
