CMD is approachable. He is process oriented.

People are very slow and senior people are having insecurity. They don't mingle with new employee. People are not United with purpose. Learning opportunity for new talents are limited.

Very poor strategy of marketing team leader. Because all the in the market sold by cutting 7% CD and 7% TOD. Due to which no profit to any product and any average and small distributor. And here this manager has to do all kinds of work of Field Staff, development and driver too. So there is no value of employee up to the area manager in the market. And company also dose given the health policy of the any employee.
