While I understand that managing communication can be challenging, there were instances where I felt that communication could have been more transparent and timely. Clear and regular updates would greatly enhance communication between the employees and the organisation.

Good work life balance, great office culture, have good learning opportunities and have chance to explore your self in events and other opportunities.

Dislikes

Not having work flexibility, 6 Days working, No learning provide by the organisation.
