Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I really didn't want this to mention, but the incident that happened with me that should not be happened with anyone so sharing the real fact behind the collapse of Acrerise Team, which I started building post my joining at Acrerise. Everything was going good till the time the Great Leader Ms. Priyanka Padhee joins Acrerise as Head - HR & Admin. At the initial phase with her, she used to collect all the required datas like Employee Roles, Sops, system of operations. And post my marriage she created such a situation in front of management that i have been forced to resign irrespective of my successful records in work delivery throughout my tenure. So it's my kind request u can join Acrerise because it's a good company but the only culprit is Ms. Priyanka Padhee.
