The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. Management. I was there for a very short period of time. Which is unsettling when you are the main supporter of your family of 4. Doug has no remorse for people's livelihood. I have been told by others that this happens a lot. These "budget cuts" right after hiring. Others were let go right before me. How would you feel driving nearly an hour to start work than told you were let go on a Friday? Then having to go home to your wife taking care of your 8 month old and telling her you lost your new job over budget cuts? Stay away. Until management learns when they can afford to actually hire people... stay far away. Doug is your friend to your face, but talks behind your back.
