Is this the stupidity or he does not know the meaning of management. Last but not the least, he will never reply to your mail for FnF, even if you mark the top level management in the CC. The lag in communication is extremely unprofessional. Now i will speak about the manager There is a constant threat of how they have full control over hotlist and even getting peoples names on a particular project. People are genuinely scared of even raising their voices angainst them because how brutally they have behaved with some people. (and hence, the anonymous confession) I hope the above mentioned people get removed or least get monitored by higher management to ensure there is no favoritism happening.

...ing employee oriented but acquisory is far from it. Totally biased organisation. FnF (they don't give salary in the entire notice of 3 months) is cleared after 4 months. They don't answer your calls and you have to beg for your own hard earned money. You will also not get your earned leaves. They cancel planned leaves at the last moment and even if you are sick you have to work. They will ask you to work even if you tell them you have family emergency which shows the culture. Managers always brag about their designation and director will treat you horribly even for smallest of mistakes. One advice is DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANISATION for your own good. Else you will regret it.

...m with extreme micromanagement. No professionalism in full and final settlement. Exit is painful at Acquisory ; stopped salary during notice period.

...owing hybrid work culture & Ashish's leadership is very hands-on & approachable. the salary is on time & super work-life balance & satisfaction. Skillset is very much appreciated even by senior management.

Super Amazing work culture, Senior management of Cyber function is supportive & team oriented, salary & perks are timely provided, 2 days annual offsite to outstation for all employees (100+), the company gives utmost respect to skillset & ensure talent is retained. Cyber team is very dynamic & flexible working & the department head is very young, energetic & fun to work & allows very open culture. employees have their own biased opinion due to their own productivity or skillset, but the company is entirely professional & ethical.

none so far but improvement could be around fancy infrastructure
