Nothing to like as there is zero knowledge transfer provided , lot of work gets dumped even though it is supposed to be handled by respective professional no proper documentation

Zero work life balance, you cannot handle both your personal life and office work. And if you are a female it's the worst environment to work for. No friendly people

Regarding the timing on the floor, the company has a decent liberty. They don't hover.

Politics is always a part. Retaining the old workers and completely turning a blind eye to the problems and concerns of the rest are always the case. Very partial in terms of work load distribution and acknowledgement of accomplishments.
