I had an unpleasant experience working at Acquara Management. The role I was hired for was misrepresented and the work was completely different. For those seeking careers in the Investment Banking domain, this organization is not recommended. Bonuses are minimal despite significant employee efforts and are paid in the following year. Work-life balance is poor, with no considerations in critical situations. Strict work hours and salary deductions are enforced. The HR and finance departments are unorganized with no clear policies regarding leaves, notice period and settlement. The company centralized decision-making authority and this leads to delays in almost every action.

There is nothing to like about this company coz.. it has worst culture in service industry. They are treating their employees like they own them, Poor management, no work life balance, here you are going to see only one thing which is buttering if you are not doing buttering, they are not going to give you what do you want, (work, experience, package)
