Dislikes

Salary increasement and bonus are not paying on time. They are keeping your around 6-8 months, paying arrears to next revision. Poor culture for employee benefits instead of increase benefits, they are decreasing all type of benefit. Upper management is also no good. They don't want to resolve issue happen in pithampur plant.
