Many dislikes than likes - * Low hikes - very less, similar to TCS * They would give you delayed increments (2-3 months) not in April , instead delayed to july. This happens each year for sure to hold the employees. It's happening here from long years. * They would drag your employment confirmation after 1.5 years (1 year is lie) * Read & discuss the bond policies carefully before joining. They would scam you by trapping in a 3 years bond after joining even after you discussed less before joining. No descent company having work ethic does like that. Don't join if asked for extra bond with foreign travel possibility. Almost 90% employees are trapped in similar manner here. * Only 40-50 people work here. Company only good for mechanical domain people. Not for others. 30 - Mechanical Design Engineers 10- IT developers including IT admin team 😅 2-3 In electronic 2 - Hr 1 - Finance * 8 hour billability culture instead of target oriented timelines. (Bad) * By mistake , if you get offer from here, prepare to get bette , hardly I would take 1 month more, but you would get a better package & balance. All 5 * ratings are untrustable. Don't get influenced by 5* ratings given by HR , Finance or any type of head. In salary benefit perspective, nothing is there for employee. This are the genuine truths. Read only the normal employees feedbacks , not management feedback, then take decisions.

...eads and colleagues are very friendly, where they support us in every situation. Salary is given according to the market standards. I was also informed to sign 4 years agreement. But it was mentioned and made very clear before taking the interview by the company HR. No one are forced to join and I don't think we were scammed as mentioned in other reviews. They also informed about the travel agreement before offering us. That was not a problem as we stay for long term. They gave us a proper explanation for why it is 3 years. Employment confirmation was done as soon as we completed our probation period. Even if the employees are less in this company I feel it is like a family. Each and every colleagues are really supportive including MD. Overall, it is good place to work and gain knowledge.

...nagement, but all sweat & hardwork is of employee which gives long term return. On time salary. Don't keep so much expectations.

1. Never believe in verbal telephonic discussions while joining here. 2. 4 year bond for a fresher is inhumanity & in which era policy makers live, don't know. This ruins company reputation and a well skilled person will never join by these policies. Whoever join us either got fooled or Average unemployed. 3. In my case I have discussed for 2yr bond on telephone, and they will still send you 4yr bond statement in email even after discussion. On joining day, a scam will happen & they will put 4 yr bond with travel to sign. They think they are oversmart, but they aren't. This is out of work ethics. 4. Employee trust over company goes away after seeing hidden things, so always a fear & doubts come into mind. 5. Don't travel if bond is 2.5 yrs + with travel, since this is not as per normal industry standards.

Only good thing about the company is it is situated closed to metro station and central business district, it is a good place to start your career for freshers. ACO Group is a very big entity in Europe and the market leaders in Drainage products.

Dislikes

... your total years of experience or position and there is not much career growth. Job security is not there as there were sudden firing of employees during the pandemic and also there were salary cuts. For Freshers there is a 4 years bond and for international travel there is 3 years bond which cannot be broken unless paid huge settlement amount. ACO group is very big in Europe but here it is hard to find the next job since the company is not well known outside.

...te of joining they will ask you to sign a 3 years bond for international travel. If you want to break the bond you must pay 2.5 lakh + GST. They think that they send you to international travel for a jolly trip, we must go there and work also right ? Then why demand money from employees. This policy is aganist labour laws and nobody is complaining to authorities because of the BGV process. But we have places like Ambition box and glass door to tell the truth to the world.
