ACO was one of its kind and had great product preposition. In a country where sanitation is a challenge, ACO was selling prefab gutters. It was lot of satisfaction to sell ACO products.

Being a proprietorship organisation from Germany they failed to understand the pulse and emotions of India. They frequently hired and fired people with not satisfactory reasoning
