Arbitrary salary structure and designation. Work culture is pathetic. Join this group only if you don't have any job. Never join for sake of salary hike or designation. A bunch of bootlickers are running this organization.

1. Very good compensation and bonus 2. Agressive and Dynamic company 3. Growth is very good if recognized by top mangement. 4. 5 days working. 5. Gives space to take your own decisions

1. Always there is a fear of loosing the job. 2. Top position Bosses changes very frequently. 3. No inclination towards employee skill development or training. 4. No power to HR. HR only does paperwork formalities. 5. No recreation or yearly team development activities.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

No atachment of headoffice mamaber , Nothing for junior here ti take an action like a bonus ,increament and main dilike point that the increment depends on years not fo knowledge...

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work presuure is very high. Somtimes, i have to work 14-18 hours staright in a day.
